France-Paris: Repair and maintenance services of security equipment

The subject of this consultation is the award of a contract for the servicing, maintenance and repair of partial renovation and improvement works on systems and equipment contributing to fire safety in the establishments of the Centre d’Action Sociale de la Ville de Paris.
This contract consists of two parts:
— a flat-rate maintenance part paid for on the basis of the prices indicated in the breakdown of the all-inclusive price (FPD) and which concerns the installations listed in Annex 1 to the Act of Undertaking,
— part of the order forms relating to the repair and partial renovation and improvement of security systems and equipment and any operations not covered by flat-rate maintenance.
The list of installations may evolve during performance of the contract by adding or removing establishments. In the event of the removal of establishments from the CASVP’s assets, flat-rate maintenance services will be suspended on the basis of a simple administrative order from the CASVP. This suspension will be supplemented by the conclusion of an addendum formalising the evolution of the list of market establishments and the modification of the flat-rate part. All additions will be formalised by addendum and services will start on the CASVP’s administrative order.
