Description

Dudley, Sandwell, Telford and Wrekin, Walsall and Wolverhampton Councils have awarded suitably qualified Organisations to provide an Independent Visitor Service which establishes, trains and maintains a pool of volunteers as Independent Visitors (as defined in The Children Act 1989) to provide individual support to Looked After children/young persons in the care of the above named Local Authorities who are placed in Childrens Homes, Residential Schools and Foster Homes.
