Description

Wij zijn op zoek naar één opdrachtnemer die ons vanaf 3 februari 2026 (voorziene ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst) een gangbaar en in de markt beschikbaar roosterplanningsysteem kan leveren, implementeren en beheren. En dat de benodigde roosterplanningsfunctionaliteit als SaaS-oplossing levert, binnen de gestelde tijdslijnen (zie hiervoor ook de planning, hoofdstuk 6). Wat BVO NL onder SaaS-oplossing verstaat is verder uitgewerkt in Bijlage 3, eis 11.1, tabblad ‘ICT’. Met beheer wordt bedoeld dat de opdrachtnemer de aangeboden oplossing host, onderhoudt, update en beveiligt, inclusief de daarvoor benodigde onderliggende infrastructuur. Met implementatie wordt bedoeld: de dienstverlening om de gevraagde functionaliteit in te richten en op te leveren, inclusief (maar niet beperkt tot) aanvullende projectdiensten waaronder realiseren van koppelingen, juiste autorisatie van gebruikers, schermlayouts, rapporten, migratie van gegevens en training/opleiding van BVO-medewerkers.
