Description

Toulouse Métropole Stadium has been renovated for Euro 2016, including the creation of new access control zones. These improvements were intended to make it easier for spectators to enter and to increase the security of events. Access control is spread over the three entrances of the Stadium. The distribution of control points is as follows: Fixed control posts: -North East: 33 control points, including a PRM - South East: 5 control points, one of which is a North-West PRM: 10 control points, including one PRM Mobile control posts: 49 PDAS (WiFi compatible) In total, 48 fixed control points will be replaced (new tripods equipped with a reader) and the 49 PDAS are also to be replaced by Wifi and 5G compatible PDAS. Indeed, the announcement by the manufacturer of the cessation of the manufacture of the spare parts of the access control readers, as of October 31, 2025, leads to the obsolescence of the latter. The purpose of the framework agreement is: -The supply, installation and maintenance of tripods equipped with fixed and mobile players, -The supply, implementation and maintenance of a software solution for managing the Stadium's access control system that meets the functional and technical objectives of the community. For the ‘framework agreement with order forms’ part, the total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is defined as follows: Period 1: 200 000,00 euro(s) Maximum excl. tax Period 2: 120 000,00 euro(s) Maximum excl. tax Period 3: 120 000,00 euro(s) Maximum excl. tax Period 4: EUR 120 000.00 Maximum net of tax Maximum net of tax for the total duration of the contract: 560 000,00 euro(s) Euro(s) H.T. The framework agreement is "composite". It includes a part "market ordinary" and a part "framework agreement with order forms". The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
