Description

Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest Zakup energii elektrycznej dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Zamówienie – zakup energii elektrycznej do obiektów wymienionych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ: Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2023 r. do 31.12.2023 r. wynosi 10 574 993,00 kWh
