The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The contract was awarded according to the technique of purchasing a single-awarded mixed framework agreement executed via purchase orders and subsequent contracts without minimum and with maximum in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Purchase orders will be written for rent and printing costs. Subsequent contracts will be used for possible machine additions that are running. No batch decomposition is foreseen
