Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung Gebäude (Bestand und Neubauten) gemäß § 34 HOAI und des Brandschutzes gemäß AHO-Schriftenreihe Nr. 17. Hinzu kommen Leistungen der restauratorischen Begleitung sowie die Bestandserfassung. Die Objektplanung Gebäude beinhaltet die Sanierung und Ertüchtigung sowie den Umbau der 3 Gebäude des OSZ 1 Heinrich-Heine-Straße 14-16 und Jänickestraße 32, 03149 Forst mit folgenden Gebäudeteilen: - Haus A mit einer NUF (Bestand) von ca. 2.400 qm - Haus B-C mit einer NUF (Bestand) von ca. 3.340 qm - Haus D-E mit einer NUF (Bestand von ca. 4.094 qm Von den 5 Gebäudeteilen des OSZ 1 stehen Teile des Haus A und B bis C unter Denkmalschutz. Zusätzlich ist der Neubau eines modern gestalteten Wohnheims für 130 Bewohner mit einer Nutzfläche von ca. 4.000 qm geplant. Abschließend soll das Umfeld des OSZ mit einem entsprechenden landschaftsarchitektonischen Konzept insgesamt zu einem attraktiven nachhaltigen und energieautarken Campus mit einem PKW-Parkdeck für insgesamt 100 Autos entwickelt werden. Es findet eine gestufte Beauftragung statt.
