Description

Das Verwaltungsgebäude der MGB in Brig weisst diverse bauphysikalische und statische Mängel auf. Aus diesem Grund wird die Fassade komplett bis zum Beton zurückgebaut und mit einer Stahlkonstruktion verstärkt. Das Gebäude wird anschliessend mit einer neuen vorgehängten Glas-/Metallfassade versehen, inkl. neuer Sonnenschutz/ Einfassungen usw. Die Umsetzung wird in 2 Etappen erfolgen, da die Sanierungsarbeiten während des laufenden Betriebs erfolgen. Dabei wird jeweils eine Hälfte des Gebäudes für die Bauarbeiten zur Verfügung gestellt, während der Betrieb in der anderen Gebäudehälfte weiterläuft.
