Description

1. The subject of the contract covered by this procedure is the service of cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the facilities indicated below, together with the surroundings. The contractor will provide the cleaning service under its own supervision, using professional cleaning products and professional equipment. The Contractor guarantees that the materials and cleaning products that will be used to perform the services are permitted adaptations in accordance with the law and will be used in accordance with the intended purpose and recommendations of the manufacturer. The contractor is obliged to cover the costs of purchasing cleaning, disinfecting, fragrance and garbage bags. As part of the service provided, the contractor is obliged to provide fragrances, toilet hangers, liquid soap, soft toilet paper and paper towels. During the performance of the services, the Contractor is obliged to ensure proper order, order, compliance with health and safety and fire regulations in the area covered by the contract and is liable for damages arising in connection with the performance of services and as a result of other activities of persons employed by the Contractor. The cleaning and maintenance service will be carried out in the following facilities: Part I. a. in the buildings of the Court in Płock at pl. Gabriela Narutowicza 4 and 6, ul. 1 May 4a, al. Kilińskiego 10b, b. around the buildings of the Court in Płock at ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 4 and 6, ul. 1 May 4a, al. Kielskiego 10b. Part II a. in the Court building in Sierpc at ul. The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor of its intention to exercise the option right by means of a separate statement, whereby the statement must be received by the Contractor no later than 1 month before the commencement of the service. In the statement, the Ordering Party will be obliged to indicate an additional area of the facility on which services are to be provided under the option right. If the Ordering Party exercises the right of option, the Contractor is obliged to apply the same price for 1 m2 of cleaned space as specified in the offer form. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option several times during the term of the contract, until the amount of remuneration specified by the Contractor for the optional contract is exhausted. An order executed under the option is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Failure by the Ordering Party to exercise the right of option shall not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party.
