Description

The object of the procurement is the security systems of the customers and personnel of the Lapland wellbeing services county, as described in the tender documents. The object of the procurement includes nurse call and personal security solutions as well as technical care supervision solutions, primarily for service housing and health and social services centres. A framework agreement for three suppliers will be established in the procurement. The aim of the framework agreement is to enable the updating and harmonisation of the solutions in use, and to respond to the changing and different needs of the Contracting Entity's various sites, taking into account cost-efficiency and reliability. During the contract period, the systems will be procured through a framework agreement for the Client's needs on a site-by-site basis. The software and applications of the system are acquired as a service (SaaS). As a rule, the equipment included in the system will be acquired by the Customer as a one-time investment. In this case, the maintenance and servicing of the equipment is procured separately as a service. The equipment can also be purchased as a service if the Customer so wishes. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
