3.1 The subject of this Public Contract is the comprehensive access to data from the supplier's electronic archive with a multi-licence for the use of data within the contracting authority's department, the administration of such data in a database on the supplier's infrastructure, the provision of access to such data for the contracting authority's department through a web interface, API and the delivery of monitoring to the contracting authority's headquarters.
