1. The analysis of the functioning of career counselling in schools is intended to answer the question of what the career counselling system looks like in schools in the Małopolska region. The aim of the study will be to gain insight into the way in which school career counselling is carried out, as well as to identify needs and problems in this area, taking into account the multiplicity of perspectives - the person of the career counselor, the student and the parent, and the head of the institution. In recent years, the career guidance system has been introduced as a mandatory element in primary and secondary education. Hence the need to verify the way career counselling works, identify weaknesses, identify needs and improveable solutions. The study will be aimed at answering the question of what should be done to improve the functioning of the career guidance system in education and what support in this respect could be provided to each of the examined groups. 2. The description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 1D to the contract and will be introduced as an annex to the public contract. 3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public contract, which will be inserted in the public contract, the model contract, and constitute Annex 1C to the contract (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 4. The Ordering Party shall specify that the Contractor shall be obliged to transfer to the Ordering Party the proprietary copyrights to the materials made, in accordance with the model contract. 5. The contracting authority shall specify, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract. 6.
