I. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled ‘Platform of public e-services in the Commune of Nozdrzec’ through the purchase of software and the implementation and provision of e-services with a high degree of maturity. II. The subject of the contract includes the provision of software (e-services platform) together with its installation and integration into one coherent system. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ - Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and Annex 2 to the FTZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
