Description

Pohjois- Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueella otetaan käyttöön yhteinen asiakas- ja potilastietojärjestelmä- kokonaisuus, joka mahdollistaa hyvinvointialueen uudet ja yhteiset toimintamallit. Terveydenhuollon järjestelmäksi on valittu Esko (Esko Systems Oy) ja sosiaalihuollon Saga (Esko Systems Oy/Mediconsult Oy) (PPHVA/77/02.03.01.01/2022 64§). Hankinta sisältää sosiaalihuollon datamigraatioiden toteutusvaiheen Vammaispalveluiden Effica- tietojen osalta ja muiden sosiaalipalveluiden lähtöjärjestelmien sekä erikoissairaanhoidon, sosiaalipalveluiden ja kotihoidon datamigraatioiden jatkosuunnittelun asiantuntijatyöt. Hankinta on hankintalain (1397/2016) 15 §:n mukainen sidosyksikköhankinta. Hankinta tehdään Esko Systems Oy:ltä, joka on hankintalain 15 §:n tarkoittama Pohteen sidosyksikkö.
