The main purpose of the contract is the selection of a contractor possessing the necessary professional competence and qualification to perform the services of preparing a Technical Design and exercising author's supervision of a site: Design and reconstruction of the building of the Municipality of Gorna Oryahovitsa, a new information centre, G. Oryahovitsa. The full description of the requirements concerning the content of the project is contained in the Technical Specification. In accordance with the current legislation on design and Regulation No 4/21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, it is necessary to draw up a technical design on the following parts: Architecture; Constructive; Electro-high current; Low-voltage networks; Part EE and EE Report; Fire safety; PSA; Project-account documentation.
