Description

It is a two-storey reinforced concrete building with a basement as a partial basement (WU, FBV) for a single-storey primary and middle school in grades 1 to 10, as well as specialist rooms and administrative rooms with a total of approximately 4,000 m2 GFA. The building will be built barrier-free. The floor plan of the new school building is U-shaped. The classrooms and specialist rooms are housed in the north and south wings. In the east wing, the administration rooms and the break hall are positioned. The resulting courtyard serves as a resting place. Access to the school building is from the east.All exterior walls and part of the interior walls are made of reinforced concrete, partly as visible concrete (SB2).
