Description

A HungaroControl Magyar Légiforgalmi Szolgálat Zrt. (a továbbiakban HC vagy Megrendelő) 4 vevőállomásból álló Passzív MSPSR rendszert (Rendszer) telepít Budapest TMA és teljes Budapest FIR légtér (LHCC) primer légtérfelderítésének fejlesztése érdekében. A Rendszernek képesnek kell lennie passzív módon, saját jelforrás használata nélkül analóg FM és DVB-T2 jelforrások felhasználásával a légijárművek felderítésére. Két vételi állomásnak FM és DVB-T2 képességgel, míg másik két állomásnak csak FM képességgel kell rendelkeznie.
