The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567), covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and hunting, meadow and agricultural economy, maintenance of forest infrastructure, seed production and selection, nursery to be carried out in the Stary Sącz Forest District in 2026. Planned start and end date of the contract:from the date of signature of the Agreement until 31.12.2026.
