Description

De provincie Fryslân wenst middels deze aanbesteding een totaaloplossing voor het ICT-Beheer. Dat houdt in dat er geen personele capaciteit wordt ingehuurd. Wel worden SLA-Parameters, waaronder onder andere beschikbaarheid, ingekocht. Het doel is een operationeel werkende en betrouwbare ICT-Dienstverlening. De infrastructuur van provincie Fryslân is de drager voor de kantoorautomatisering en de bedrijfsapplicaties. Voor alle percelen geldt dat de provincie Fryslân het ICT-Beheer (het Technisch Beheer) goed wil organiseren. De gevraagde ICT-Beheerdiensten dienen daarnaast flexibel te kunnen worden aangepast aan de wensen en eisen van de aanbestedende dienst. Dit vergt ook van de inschrijver een hoge mate van flexibiliteit. Onderhavige aanbesteding is verdeeld in twee (2) percelen, te weten:
Perceel 1: Kantoorautomatisering;
Perceel 2: Netwerk Infrastructuur.
