The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’), including works on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood, forestry education, tourist management and operation of the Alarm and Disposition Point, to be carried out in the Zawadzki Forest District in 2026. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes, in total, the quantities resulting from Annex 2 to the FTZ. The place of execution of the order will be the area of the Zawadzkie Forest District. The subject of the contract has been divided into lots (packages). The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7) PZP, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
