The subject of the contract is the supply of diagnostic materials for the needs of the Laboratory of Surgical Radiology of the Ministry of Interior and Administration hospital in Rzeszów, divided into 4 tasks. 1.1. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in the assortment and price forms, which constitute Annex 3 and the description of the subject-matter of the contract – a list of the required technical parameters – Annex 4 to the tender specifications. 1.2. The subject of the contract was divided into 4 tasks (parts). 1.3. The subject-matter of the contract also includes the delivery of the subject-matter of the contract by transport of the contractor, at its expense and risk. 1.4.
