Poland-Warsaw: Legal services
The subject matter of the contract is legal services for the Polish Tourism Organisation, including projects for Measure 6.3 of the IEOP carried out within the scope and in accordance with the principles described in the draft contract, which is Annex 6 to the ToR.
The scope of the legal services provided includes in particular:
Legal assistance to the Contracting Authority in the preparation and award of its own public contracts as well as EU-funded contracts, including, inter alia, assistance in the preparation of tender specifications, invitations to tender, negotiations, letters to contractors, contracts, responses to appeals, procedural documents and submissions in connection with the appeal lodged, the defence, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority.
(2) Legal advice to the Contracting Authority on the interpretation of legal provisions relating to public procurement, the conclusion of civil law contracts and all matters relating to the contracting authority’s activities relating to legal matters. Advising on the Public Finance Act.
(3) Verifying the correctness of the Agreements, participating in the recovery process, writing legal opinions.
