Description

1. The subject of the contract is the production by the Contractor of the various types of documents indicated below, which will then be submitted to the Package elements. The packages will be prepared for and delivered by the Contractor to the Postal Operator’s premises designated by the Contracting Authority in each stage of the contract. The contract will be implemented in two (2) phases covering the 2012 and 2013 campaigns.
2. Types of documents included in the Package elements:
(a) TYP_1 – A4 page personalised with data transmitted in files *.csv, required printing parameters in black and white, print resolution of at least 300 dpi, on 80 g paper.
(b) TYP_2 – non-personalised A4 page, required printing parameters in black and white, print resolution minimum 300 dpi, on 80 g paper.
(C) TYP_3 – page A4 – printed in a high input printing technique. Required parameters for colour printing on paper weighing 80 g, a print resolution of at least 300 dpi. It is assumed that the instruction will use up to 4 colours (black, red, green and blue).
(D) TYP_4 – page A4 – graphic file, printed in A4 format. Required printing parameters in black and white, a print resolution of at least 480 dpi, on 80 g paper. It is assumed that each graphic file will be printed on a separate sheet of paper (1 sheet of A4 format printed unilaterally). Grey tons not less than 80 % of the surface area of page A4. Graphic files will be transmitted in a standard format for graphic files, e.g.: *.JPG.
(e) TYP_5 – Operation C4 white, horizontal with a transparent address window where the address and date of dispatch are fully visible in the box. The address window shall be located at the bottom right of the address page of the envelope. In the case of such envelopes, self-adhesive labels indicating the address may not be affixed to the address window. The envelope will specify the locations and the content of the information needed to be printed on the envelope and communicated to the farmer. The Capability printout will be carried out in technology (1+ 0).
