Description

Obiectul acordului-cadru îl constituie achiziționarea serviciilor de reparații și întreținere, inclusiv ITP, pentru autoturismele marca Suzuki Vitara aflate în dotarea Curții de Conturi a României-Autoritatea de Audit. Achiziția va fi derulată integral prin mijloace electronice, într-o singură etapă potrivit dispozițiilor art. 73 alin.(1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Operatorii economici interesați pot solicita clarificări / informații suplimentare până în a 15-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se vor respecta prevederile art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare și ale art. 27 din Anexa la H.G. nr. 395/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
