Description

Regulation 256/2021 on the use of support from certain European Union funds in the 2021-2027 programming period. The Managing Authority (in this case the Managing Authority for Economic Development Operational Programmes, hereinafter: GFP MA) obligations. On the basis of the System Description of the GINOP Plus Programme, also adopted by the European Commission, the GFP MA is required to carry out a process-integrated audit in the framework of a core activity in support of the verification activity. The audits carried out in order to ensure the proper implementation of the programmes serve the effective implementation of the Financial Instrument Programmes. Correcting errors detected during in-process audits in a timely manner can mitigate the risks of the programme by ensuring that projects in the scope of external audit bodies (e.g. State Audit Office, EUTAF, EU SAO) comply with the legal requirements and that the funds disbursed are not reimbursed. As the GFP MA is responsible for the successful implementation of the programme, the audit of the work of the Holding Fund Implementing Organisation (HVSZ) is one of the most prominent tasks in its activities. The task is carried out on the basis of the Audit Plan approved by the Director-General of the GFP MA for the given year. The subject of this call for proposals is the provision of economic advice during a total of 1 audit carried out by the GFP MA on the basis of the Audit Plan for the given year (2025).
