Description

mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre portant sur des travaux de construction :- mission de base réglementaire (Esq, Aps, Apd, Pro, Dce, Act, Det) avec Visa et études d'exécution et synthèse. Les études d'exécution qu'il est prévu de confier au maître d'oeuvre porteront sur la structure : ossature porteuse et clos couvert. Les études d'exécution des autres lots (second oeuvre, lots techniques, aménagements extérieurs) seront à la charge des entreprises et devront recevoir le visa du maître d'oeuvre ;- élément de mission complémentaire envisagée : coordination des systèmes de sécurité incendie (Ssi), livret de gestion et d'usage, mobilier, signalétique et mission d'assistance pour l'intégration du 1 % artistique
