Description

Maintenance cleaning: The aim of maintenance cleaning is to ensure that the provision of services ensures the maintenance of cleanliness, functional properties, appearance and hygiene. In addition to user satisfaction in terms of cleaning quality, maintaining the value of the cleaned surfaces is paramount. The services advertised must provide all services that best support this preservation of value. The contractor must select the cleaning systems for the different services accordingly. Annexes: Annex 1: Room book that room book (price sheet) must be completed in full in columns "K" hourly rate, "L" number of services, "M" price/day, "N" price/month and "O" price/year.
