Description

The contracting authority is the Medical Centre of the Ministry of the Interior. The object of the purchase consists of: 1) reagents, calibrators, control materials, consumables and other means necessary for carrying out tests (collectively referred to as "Goods"); 2) research analysers and other hardware and software necessary for their operation and/or performance (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘the Equipment’) purchased on a loan basis; 3) the services related to the use and maintenance of the Equipment are specified in the Contract for the Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). The subject-matter of the contract shall be divided into 15 (fifteen) separate lots, according to the types of studies carried out, applying to each part of the subject-matter of the contract the separate technical requirements laid down in the technical specification for the relevant part of the contract.
