Description

Investment design:
BKP 240 heating and sanitary installations;
Uf Schulhaus Feld H/S Provisorien;
USD Schulhaus Feld-Dorf H/S Provisorien;
The entire school facility Schulhaus Feld is currently being supplied centrally from the existing heat supply in the kindergarten/household dwelling.
The following buildings are currently at the best. Heat generation;
— Kindergarten/household dwelling (location of existing heat production);
— Schoolhouse building;
— Turnhalle building;
— Old SH-Dorf building.
The existing heat distribution takes place using steel pipelines over the ground or accessible supply shafts.
Domestic hot water treatments are organised autonomously in all buildings via electric heaters.
In spring 2016, buildings will be launched with demolition work on the existing building of kindergarten/household accommodation, followed by the creation of the excavation for the new construction of NSF.
In order to ensure the heat supply of the parts of the building not affected by the conversion, the following measures shall be taken:
— Create a new gas supply through the IBK-Kloten plants;
— Installation of a mobile heating unit (natural gas operation) in the area of existing Schluhaus Feld entrance;
— Decrease existing heat pipelines (1 x school house heating group, 1 x Turnhalle heating group) in the connection port and lead to the mobile heating unit. The heating unit is two sep. Heating assemblies equipped;
— lead new gas pipeline via a gas meter and solenoid valve and to the mobile heating unit;
— In the Feld-Dorf schoolhouse, the existing pipeline pipes will be short-closed and temporarily connected to a mobile electric heating unit in the area of entrance to the building.
The provisional contract is in operation from April to June 2016.
— All drainage pipes which have to be decommissioned in the new area. In some cases, the ducts in the building need to be replenished.
