Development concession with risk transfer for the construction of the multi-site ZAC du Trémillé covering three sectors: centre-bourg sector, Chesnot sector and Berthelotière sector 2 and 3 for a total of 7.64 hectares. The projected construction programme is approximately 274 dwellings.
