Description

The contract includes the preparation of entomological studies for the preparation of up-to-date plans of conservation tasks for Natura 2000 sites: Dolina Łachy PLH020003, Pątnów Legnicki PLH020052, Przeplatki nad Bystrzyca PLH020055, Bierutów PLH020065, Dębniańskie Wekraa PLH020002, Dolina Widawy PLH020036, in particular: 1) preparation of a schedule of field works; 2) carrying out an entomological inventory in the field; 3) carrying out an assessment of the conservation status of the tested species; 4) preparation of inventory documentation: observation sheets, taking into account: • an actual and reference assessment of the conservation status of the species tested, • existing and potential threats, • conservation measures, including monitoring; negative observation sheets (if applicable); the study summaries; spatial data in the form of digital information layers (GIS); photographic documentation of the species tested; 5) participation in a maximum of two meetings of the Local Cooperation Team; 6) preparing an application for changes to the Standard Data Form (SDF) of the area along with a proposal for a revised SDF. 2. The subject-matter of the contract is subdivided into the following sub-tasks: 1) sub-task N1 – entomological expertise in the Natura 2000 site Dolina Łachy PLH020003, 2) sub-task N2 – entomological expertise in the Natura 2000 site Pątnów Legnicki PLH020052, 3) sub-task N3 – entomological expertise in the Natura 2000 site Przeplatki nad Bystrzyca PLH020055, 4) sub-task N4 – entomological expertise in the Natura 2000 site Bierutów PLH020065, 5) sub-task N5 – entomological expertise in the Natura 2000 site Dębniańskie Mokraa PLH020002, 6) sub-task N6 – entomological expertise in the Natura 2000 site Dolina Widawy PLH020036. 3. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the specifications. 4. The contracting authority provides for the need to transfer intellectual property rights to the performed subject of the contract. A detailed description of the contractual terms is included in the draft contract, which is attached as Annex 2 to the specifications.
