The procurement is carried out under the project ‘Digitalisation of Jimbolia, Timiș County, through the development of ICT infrastructure’ financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 10 – Local Fund, Investment I.1.2. – Providing infrastructure for green ITS transport/other ICT infrastructures, currently being implemented by the contracting authority, which has the general objective of providing infrastructure for green-green ITS transport/other ICT infrastructures, namely to increase the quality and transparency of the administrative process at the level of Jimbolia City through the continuous implementation of measures to simplify administrative procedures and reduce red tape for citizens. These measures aim both at optimising internal processes (digitalising activities and adapting internal working procedures) and at improving interaction with the public in relation to the services provided, related to the shared competences of the local administration. A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is no more than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply within the deadline mentioned in point B. and therefore any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered TARDIVA.
