Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection and management of waste of code 20 02 01 – biodegradable waste collected by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority. Estimated amount of waste to be managed: up to 7,000 Mg. The waste will be transferred in non-crushed form, in bulk, with plastic bags. The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantity of the subject of the order is a forecast quantity and may be reduced depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The above does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms. If the Ordering Party makes use of the above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect. The actual amount of the subject of the contract will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The minimum volume of the provision of this service shall be 50 % of the estimated amount of waste referred to in paragraph 1 above. 1.
