Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met drie opdrachtnemers voor dossier- en procesondersteuning overheidsopdrachten. De opdrachtnemer wordt ingeschakeld om volledig autonoom van a tot z alle types van aankoopdossiers (in principe geen dossiers van beperkte waarde) af te werken.
