Description

Neubau ZMedABCSchBw MNr.: 40167 E 0434 Geplant ist der Neubau eines medizinischen Zentrums für die Bundeswehr. Der Neubau umfasst drei Institute (MikroBioBw, RadBioBw, PharmToxBw) und die Versuchstierstallung (VTS). Die vorgesehenen Labore für das Institut MikroBioBw sind den Sicherheitsstufen S1 bis S4 zuzuordnen. Für die Institute RadBioBw und PharmToxBw sind weitere hochtechnisierte Speziallabore geplant. Der Neubau des medizinischen Zentrums besteht aus drei Vollgeschossen, sowie einem Technikgeschoss und einem Untergeschoss. Die Forschungs- und Laborräume der Institute sind an den Innenhöfen angeordnet und im Dreibund organisiert. Die Büroräume sind auf den Nord- und Südseiten des hochtechnisierten Gebäudekomplexes untergebracht. Der Wirtschaftshof für die gesamte Ver- und Entsorgung ist zentral in dem Gebäude angeordnet. Die Nutzungsfläche ist mit ca. 14.700 m² vorgesehen. Die gesamte Brutto-Grundfläche (BGF R) beträgt ca. 58.800 m² nach voraussichtlicher Planung. Vorentwurf Planungsdaten Flächendaten (m²): Nutzungsfläche, gesamt ca. 14.700 Technikfläche TF ca. 20.000 Konstruktionsfläche KF ca. 9.000 Verkehrsfläche VF ca. 15.100 Brutto-Grundfläche (BGF R) ca. 58.800 Gegenstand der Leistung sind Prüfungen und Abnahmen nach SPrüfV, BetrSichV, BiostoffV, GenTSV, TRBA100 und planungsbegleitende Beratungen für den Neubau ZMedABCSch in der Ernst-von-Bergmann-Kaserne in München.
