Description

Das Areal um den Bahnhof Rüschlikon soll in den kommenden Jahren neugestaltet werden. Auf dem ehemaligen SBB-Areal seeseitig der Gleise sollen mit dem Projekt «Bahnhof Süd» sechs neue Gebäude mit 37 preisgünstigen Wohnungen, Kleingewerbe und einem Nahversorger entstehen. Die Stimmberechtigten haben dem entsprechenden Gestaltungsplan im November 2017 zugestimmt. Bauträger für den auf der Seite Bahnhofplatz liegenden Teil (Häuser I (A) - III (C)) ist die Gemeinde. Für den Teil Seite Thalwil (Häuser IV (D) – VI (F)) hat der Gemeinderat die Stiftung Wohnungsbau Rüschlikon bestimmt.
