Poland-Katowice: Meal-serving services
The contract concerns: Provision of food services to participants in the projects “Equal on the labour market, Pode ideas” co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, broken down into four lots.
Division into lots and places of supply of services:
Part 1. Provision of food services to participants in the project implemented by the organisational unit of HP Jaworzno (10 persons) in Katowice and, if necessary due to the conditions of implementation of the project, within a radius of 40 km from the organisational unit in Katowice pl. Grunwaldzki 8-10.
Part 2. Provision of food services to participants in the project implemented by the organisational unit of OSZ OHP in Wodzisław Śląskie (60 persons) in the area of Wodzisław Śląski and, if necessary due to the conditions for implementing the project, within a radius of 40 km from the headquarters of the OSZ OHP in Wodzisław Śląskie, Wodzisław Śląskie, Poland. 1 May 16a.
Part 3. Provision of food services to participants in the project implemented by the organisational unit of the MCK OHP in Kłobuck (15 persons) in the area of Kłobuck and, if necessary due to the conditions for implementing the project, within a radius of 40 km from the premises of the MCK in Kłobuck, ul. Vienna 11.
Part 4. Provision of food services to participants in the project implemented by the organisational unit of the MCK OHP in Lublinec (15 persons) from the Lublin territory and, in the event of necessity due to the conditions for implementing the project within a radius of 40 km from the headquarters of the MCK OHP in Lublinec, ul. Piłsudski 9.
The total average number of food days is planned: 60 (65 for lot 1) per participant.
The exact number of food days per individual participant will be determined during the execution of the Contract.
The contractor will carry out the task at the request of the Contracting Authority by telephone. The final number of persons who will use the service will be indicated by the Contracting Authority’s representative 3 hours before delivery of the meal. Each time the contracting authority will declare the required quantity of vegetarian meals in delivery.
A list of contact persons from the organisational units identified in each lot as implementing the project will be provided to the Contractor by the Local Project Coordinator on the site concerned.
Max 100 people will be fed
The meal must consist of one meal consisting of a ‘second’ meal, i.e.: Z
(a) meat meals, e.g.:
— bovine ropes 180 g, Silesian 300 g, 200 g pig iron set, 250 ml drink,
— loins stuffed with mushrooms and baked with 200 g cheese, potatoes 250 g, pig iron set 200 g, orange juice 250 ml,
— chicken leg 250 g, potatoes 250 g, a set of 200 g, juice or 250 ml beverage,
— fillet of 180 g chicken, potatoes 250 g, 200 g pig iron set, 250 ml beverage.
b/fishery and vegetarian options, e.g.
— fillet of sea fish 180 g, potatoes 250 g, pig iron set 200 g, beverage 250 ml,
— foresters with fruits 450 g, 250 ml juice.
