Procurement of a new registration system for a national database for ground surveys (NADAG).
The objective of the procurement is to enter into contract to develop a third registration system for geotechnical ground surveys. This shall be in the form of an API, with associated data flow. A user section shall also be made where users can log in and, among other things, get an overview of deliveries and their status. NGU shall also be able to administer users in this system. NGU shall run the systems. The system shall use common components and standards where possible. Main deliveries: 1. API for registration of geotechnical ground surveys for all parts of NADAG ́s computer model, in open and documented format including validation against the required information. 2. Establishment of a database and data flow in cooperation with the contracting authority. 3. Network based administration user interface for external and NGU. 4. Guidance material for users of the API (directed at developers) and for the user interface. 5. Clear documentation for the operation of the different components of the system. 6. Documentation for expansion in later development stages (chapter 3.3). The contract ́s total value is estimated to be approx. NOK 3.2 million excluding VAT.
