Description

The subject matter of the contract is a service: Supervision of the implementation of the Works and management of the Contract: ‘Construction of the Dąbrowy Tarnowska bypass along national road No 73’.
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services relating to the management, coordination, control and supervision of the performance of the contract resulting from a public works contract procedure entitled ‘Construction of the Dąbrowy Tarnowska bypass along national road No 73’ – hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contract’.
As part of the service, the contractor cooperates with the contracting services on the reporting and promotion of the EU project being implemented.
The Rezydent Engineer will act in accordance with the role assigned to the Engineer in respect of the powers and responsibilities set out in these Specifications of Important Contract Terms and Conditions and in the “Contract Conditions for Construction Works for Construction and Engineering Works Designed by the Contracting Authority” COSMOPOLI CONSULTANTS, English edition – Polish edition 2000; Translation of the first edition of the FIDIC 1999’ and the current provisions of the Construction Law Act and legal acts governing the spending of EU funds. At the same time, any activities carried out by the Resident Engineer during the provision of the Service will have the same effect as if they were carried out by the Consultant. In particular, the Consultant will be fully responsible for all financial and legal consequences of the activities of the Resident Engineer.
