Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is to finance the liabilities of the District of Brzeski by repaying and assuming debt in the amount of PLN 9200000,00 (Article 518(1)(3) of the Civil Code).
The contracting authority envisages mobilising the entire amount of funding by paying the Contractor the commitments entered into by Powiat Brzeski under the following titles:
State agreement as at 31.12.2017
Bond issuance agreement of 19.12.2013 9200000.
Total 9200000.
In accordance with Resolution No XX/181/2017 of the Brzeskie District Council of 19 January 2017.
On the acceptance of the repayment and assumption of the liabilities of the District of Brzeski pursuant to Article 518(1)(3) of the Civil Code.
