WIE 42301 - Mühlweg 15, 17, 12587 Berlin - Control of the contractors' contract, dates and qualities, as well as the examination of supplementary offers and quality assurance during construction. The scope of services includes architectural and engineering services in accordance with §§ 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI, performance phase 8-9, §§ 39 in conjunction with Annex 11 HOAI performance phase 8-9 and §§ 55 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI performance phase 8-9 in the current version. In all performance diagrams in each case incl. monitoring of the rectification of defects as a special service. The project is awarded by a mini-competition (assessment criteria: Project team, approach/preparation, presentation of cost, quality and deadline monitoring, organisation of the project, overall concept, fee).
