Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów okulistycznych.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. Podane ilości są szacunkowym zapotrzebowaniem i służą do obliczenia ceny oferty (tj. ustalenia maksymalnego wynagrodzenia wykonawcy). Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo rezygnacji z zakupu części asortymentu wynikającej z braku zapotrzebowania.
