Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i odkup energii elektrycznej zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, standardami jakościowymi ustawy PE oraz przepisami wykonawczymi, w szczególności Rozporządzenia Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 22 marca 2023 r. w sprawie szczegółowych warunków funkcjonowania systemu elektroenergetycznego dla podmiotowych punktów poboru biorących udział w postępowaniu, których wykaz znajduje się w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
