Udbuddet omfatter totalrådgivning i forbindelse med omfattende renovering af almen afdeling på 891 lejemål i Herlev Kommune på både etageblokke og rækkehuse i bebyggelse fra 1975. Indeholdt i renoveringen er; nye badeværelser, nye tage efterisolering af gavle og nye gavle på etagehuse, renovering af altaner og parterreetage samt friarealer ved etagehuse. Boligforeningen 3B forventer, at de maksimalt 5 prækvalificerede rådiverteams udarbejder skitser, illustrationer og beskrivelser på baggrund af konkurrenceprogram. Konkurrenceprogrammet vil blive fremsendt til de prækvalificerede. Skitser, illustrationer og beskrivelser på dispositionsforslagsniveau, skal udarbejdes over en periode på 40 kalenderdage.
