Description

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from the owners of real estate from the area of the Commune of Kluczbork: of all immovable property on which residents reside, (b) of all immovable property which is partly immovable property on which residents reside and partly immovable property on which residents do not reside but on which municipal waste is generated. The description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the Model Contract and in the Model Contract – Annex 9 to the FTZ. 2. Contractors applying for the award of the contract in this procedure must meet the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2013, item 122).
