Description

The subject of the contract is described in detail quantitatively and generically in the Assortment and Price Sheet
Annex 2 to the SWZ. However, the amounts given in the Sheet are only a forecast, needed for
comparison of offers. During the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party will order reagents and consumables
in quantities consistent with the real needs of the Users. The customer reserves the right to
not to use the entire assortment from the assortment-price sheet - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and
not to use the entire contractual amount, provided that the Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor the implementation of
supplies with a value of not less than 20 % of the contractual amount
