The works proposed for modernization include, in addition to the reorganization of the existing spaces on the ground floor of the main building of the hospital, the extension of the existing building with a new body with height regime Demisol + Ground floor + 1st floor. For the extension and flooring of the extended body of the emergency reception unit, the proposed construction structure consists of: - insulated reinforced concrete foundations under load-bearing pillars and walls; - reinforced concrete elevations fitted with reinforced concrete belts; - exterior enclosures made of load-bearing masonry of small AAC blocks 30 cm thick; - pillars, transverse and longitudinal beams of reinforced concrete; - monolithic cast reinforced concrete slabs; - non-circuitable terrace covering; - the interior partitioning will be made of drywall on the metal structure with a thickness of 12.5 cm; - a 15 cm thick expanded polystyrene thermosystem will be applied to the exterior walls, in accordance with the specifications attached to the project. The space will be equipped with functional installations for water supply, sewerage, heating, electricity supply and medical fluids.
