Description

Supply of liquid hydrocarbons by magnetic card and other associated services – year 2012 renewable in 2013, 2014 and 2015-11g323ao-2, contract negotiated following an unsuccessful invitation to tender – Article 35-i.i. This contract is a framework agreement with an operator within the meaning of the Community Directive, but an order form contract with a minimum and no maximum in accordance with Article 77 of the French Public Procurement Code. The fuel will be delivered to the pump as and when required at the contractor’s stations. There is therefore no deadline for delivery.
