The object of the framework agreement is the purchase and open supply of electricity and the provision of related services to customers.
The procurement shall consist of the following areas:
—Physical supply of electrical energy,
— Balance responsible party services,
— Electricity consumption monitoring and related reporting,
— Organisation of an annual electricity market seminar,
— Assisting in the preparation of an electricity consumption forecast,
— Electric energy billing,
— Customer service.
Other additional services to be commissioned separately:
— Assisting in the automatic transmission of hourly data of the customer’s places of use,
— Implementation of price elasticity of demand;
— Billing and bill-sharing services for consumption per meter.
