Description

El objeto de este expediente es que se firme un acuerdo bilateral entre RTVE y RetevisiĆ³n para la prestaciĆ³n de los servicio de LOVEStv. La plataforma LOVEStv fue lanzada en 2018 por un perĆ­odo de 6 aƱos. A finales de noviembre de 2024 expirĆ³ el contrato sin que se llegara a un acuerdo entre las tres partes (Mediaset, A3 Media, RTVE) para decidir los detalles del nuevo contrato de LOVEStv. Alcanzado dicho acuerdo con posterioridad y firmado un acuerdo marco entre las 3 partes, procede firmar el acuerdo bilateral con el proveedor para mantener el servicio activo.
